PGH Lab is Accepting Applications!

PGH Lab is a pilot program designed to connect local startup companies with the City of Pittsburgh, to explore new ways to use technology and new services to make municipal government more efficient, transparent, sustainable and inclusive. Through the program, local startup companies will be connected with various City departments to test new technologies and services for a period of three months. The pilot project will run from June 2016 to September 2016.

Summer Youth Employment Program Applications!

If you know any 14-21 year olds who want a job this summer, please encourage them to apply for the Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment Program. The application is online and can be found at www.jobs4summer.org. The deadline to apply is May 9th.

Re:NEW Festival Call for Artists

Juried Exhibition: We are seeking painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, and installation from Southwestern PA artists. Deadline to apply is May 31, or whenever 300 entry limit is reached. The jurors for the exhibit are Eric Crosby, Richard Armstrong Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Carnegie Museum of Art; DS Kinsel, Artist / Co-Founder of BOOM Concepts; and Kilolo Luckett, Art Historian + Cultural Producer.
