Whether you're brand new to yoga or have a desire to refine or reignite your current practice, this series is for you! One meaning of vinyasa is "to put or to place in a special way". During these 4 Saturdays, we'll break down a variety of common yoga poses and sequences while learning how to combine breath and body in a special way. This class will be interactive with space for questions.

DATES: 4 Saturdays in October and November:
10/7: Standing postures
10/14: Balancing
10/21: How to flow: Sun Saluations A & Sun B
11/4: Backbends and Seated Poses

TIME: 12:30-2:00

$30/Class or $100 for all 4 Saturdays
