Penn Avenue Photo Contest Info & Official Rules!

The cover photo on our Facebook page is out of date and we need your help to replace it!

Here's how it works:

1. Submit photo(s) of anything Penn Ave (between Mathilda and Negley) to mainstreets@bloomfield-garfield.org by 1/31/17. Use Penn Ave Photo Contest as the subject line.
Include your name and contact info (phone/email).

2. On 2/1/17, visit us our Photo Contest album on Facebook or our Instagram page to like/double-tap your fav photos. Yes, you can choose more than one! Deadline to vote is 2/28/17.

3. Winner will be announced on our FB page on 3/3/17. Prizes donated by Penn Ave businesses and the BGC will be awarded to the first place winner as well as the runner up.

Additional Info:
Only photos that are considered to be relevant and are of a high quality will be uploaded to be a part of the contest. There are no restrictions on who can participate. Each accepted photo will be uploaded to both the Penn Ave Facebook page as well as the Penn Ave Instagram page. Votes will be combined from each page to determine the total number of votes for each photo. In the event that there is a tie, the final decision on the winning photo will be made by the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation's Commercial District Manager. The BGC also reserves the right to use the winning photo on social media, in print, and for other promo purposes.
